Why Choose Me?
01.
Customer Service: As a veteran customer service representative, with over 10 years of both direct and indirect customer interactive experience, I have significant communication skills to address any unique set of circumstances that may arise within the course of my duties or while interacting with mid-level and/or senior administration.
02.
Technical Expertise: I consider my expertise to be novice-to-intermediate; however, I have a prove track record of both educating myself and growing in skill with any task put before me. For example: In being trained to troubleshoot multifunctional printers, I successfully learned 2 weeks of training within a matter of 4 days. Additionally, I was servicing customers at call volume similar to those who had 5+ years experience all within less than 3 months of employment. Today, I exceed those numbers with less than 7% call recidivism for the original issue.
03.
Managerial Experience: As a Residence Life Coordinator, it was my responsibility to manage the safety and well-being of 9 buildings, 17 staff members and nearly 700+ residents. Additionally, it was my responsibility to enforce community standards and adjudicate violations of those standards through financial and/or service related censures. In the most severe cases, I would accompany the Director of Housing to conduct eviction proceedings. This includes, but not limited to, assisted removal of the resident from the housing campuses. I managed staff scheduling for events and desk duties, input payroll and performed staff counseling for violations of housing policies and procedures.
04.
Organizational Skills: As a culmination of the various roles that I have been fortunate to hold, each of them, in their own unique way, required an intricate measure of organizational skills. Whether these skills required me to organize and direct a staff of 17 employees or organize the training agenda for the primary Help Desk for Auburn University Montgomery, I found that these skills had to be intricately honed for whatever task(s) was before me. My current duties require me to organize service calls based off immediate need and contract classification. As a professional, I have learned how to narrow these skills to fit the scope of the task before me.
